Looking for high energy, friendly, expert patient caregivers who are able to travel for one or more days at a time and are team players. We are a high-end luxury, non emergency medical transport service that transfers and relocates patients cross country while providing them with a comfortable journey. All transports begin and end at our Watkinsville, GA offices. You will be responsible for maintaining the comfort of and attending to the basic needs of non-emergency patients during transport. Must have exceptional people skills, driving skills, and be able to travel for 1-4 days at a time. This is for long-distance patient transport.

Basic job duties include:

• Assisting patients with ADLs including feeding and hygiene needs.
• Lifting and transferring patients.
• Drive long distances while swapping out with other personnel.

***Can be full time or part time, but part time would require several days per week because you would be traveling.

Qualifications:

• Previous, verifiable hands-on experience in patient care and healthcare settings as a caretaker. (EMT, CNA, NA, Paramedic, etc..) MUST be able to lift and transfer patients.
• Compensation is excellent and exceeds EMS, CNA, NA standards. Pay is based on the actual transport itself, so the more you are available, the more trips you will be offered.
• Clean 3 year driving record. Must be able to handle large Ford Transit vans.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, their family members, and medical staff.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills without having direct constant supervision.
