Position: UX Designer

Location: Malvern, PA 19355 (Hybrid)

Position Type: Contract (1 year, with potential for extension/conversion)

About the Role

We are seeking two experienced UX Designers to join our Collaborative Experience & Innovation (CEI) team. These roles are critical for both backfilling and expanding our design capabilities. You will lead user interface design initiatives, translate business requirements into intuitive experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design highly usable web layouts, navigation, and content elements while optimizing performance.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams to align design solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct qualitative/quantitative analysis (e.g., user feedback, A/B testing) to drive design decisions.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and mentor junior designers in best practices.
• Test UI designs during development to ensure alignment with brand and functionality standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with Agile workflows.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and collaborating with teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
