Varsity Cross Country Head Coach (2025-26 Season)

Kent Place School seeks a Head Varsity Cross Country Coach for the Fall 2025 season (August 18 - November 23). This role requires high school coaching experience (collegiate experience in coaching/running preferred) and a commitment to developing student-athletes through skill development, leadership, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and educate student-athletes in all aspects of cross country.
• Develop training programs and game strategies to enhance performance.
• Supervise assistant coaches and ensure student safety at all times.
• Coordinate schedules, team tryouts, and preseason activities.
• Promote team culture through effective communication and mentorship.
• Uphold school values, diversity, and inclusion best practices.

Schedule: Weekdays, 3:45-6:00 PM (some meets may run later).
