The successful candidate will be responsible for the short and long-term business strategies, with a focus on delivering financial targets and managing a global commercial presence. This role requires a leader who can provide strategic direction, establish key customer relationships, and lead marketing and sales efforts to ensure the business is well-positioned in the market. The VP/GM will also be tasked with leading a team that is dedicated to the individual customer segment while fostering a culture of cooperation and support across all business units. Candidates for this role should have extensive experience in global distribution sales, with a proven track record in customer relationship management and a deep understanding of customer needs. While familiarity with regulated medical devices is a plus, it is not required.
