About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial General Manager for the RAPAC region. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving business growth and advancing the company's mission in the field of cancer diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to meet and exceed various commercial goals, including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction. This includes the development and execution of strategic business plans, monitoring industry trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves leading a diverse and engaged team, as well as actively interfacing with various business units to ensure organizational excellence. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and at least 15-20 years' of experience in leading cross-functional teams within medical technology markets or a related scientific products segment. Expertise in areas such as marketing, sales, distributor management, and customer support is essential, as is a proven track record of growing the top and bottom line of a multinational business. Experience with the Danaher Business Systems tools or similar systems for continuous improvement is a must. The role requires a leader with a strong focus on team development, effective communication, and a history of driving innovation and business success.
