They should be a confident leader, approachable, and enthusiastic about engaging with both staff and visitors. A strategic thinker, the VP of Exhibits will be expected to lead initiatives that champion IDEA in all exhibit-related activities and promote a workplace culture that values diverse perspectives. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and operate within budget constraints. The role requires a commitment to continuous learning, and a future-oriented mindset to ensure the growth and success of the exhibit division.
