The successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition, cultivation, and overall experience of high-net-worth donors, with a focus on generating significant growth in this area. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer, and requires a dynamic thinker, communicator, and manager to mentor and develop a multi-channel team of fundraisers.
