About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Revenue Cycle to lead and oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including clinic revenue operations, coding, charge capture, billing, account follow-up, denial management, and collections. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's increasing complexity and operational synergies. The VP will lead a large team and must have a strong background in healthcare revenue systems, processes, and operations, with a focus on scheduling, registration, charging, billing, and collections. Experience in a rapidly growing and high-volume work environment, particularly with private equity, is preferred. Applicants for the Vice President, Revenue Cycle position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience, with a proven track record in leading end-to-end revenue cycle operations. The role requires a leader with extensive knowledge of healthcare industry initiatives that impact revenue cycle operations, as well as a skill set in project management, transformation, and process automation techniques. Experience in integrating acquisitions, defining strategic business requirements for IT projects, and establishing service level agreements is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in large organizational leadership, with a focus on positive reinforcement, clear feedback, and effective interaction in a cross-functional, geographically dispersed environment.
