Job Description

RoboForce is looking for a highly skilled Video Producer (Freelancer / Intern) to lead the creation of world-class video content that brings our robotics innovations to life. In this role, you will manage the entire video production process — from concept to final delivery — helping us tell compelling stories across product launches, marketing campaigns, and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead video projects from pre-production through final delivery, ensuring seamless execution at every stage
  • Oversee pre- and post-production workflows, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects
  • Execute video editing tasks, assembling footage, adding graphics, music, and sound to deliver polished content
  • Maintain high creative and technical standards while upholding brand guidelines and legal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, engineering, and leadership teams to define project goals and craft impactful stories
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and production partners when needed
  • Source and recommend appropriate production equipment, tools, and crew for each project

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Television Production, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing video production, ideally in a fast-paced tech or innovation-driven environment
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, composition, lighting, and framing
  • Ability to write clear, engaging scripts for complex technical products and features
  • Deep understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong knowledge of camera systems and production gear, with the ability to select and manage crews
  • Expected to have in-office collaboration with the teams in the Milpitas HQ.
