Visual Designer
We are seeking a Visual Designer with strong client-facing skills to create compelling marketing assets for high-profile brands. This role requires expertise in Figma , Adobe Creative Suite , and Sketch , with a focus on color design, layout, and typography .
Responsibilities
- Design marketing assets, including banner ads, email layouts, pop-ups, and landing pages .
- Collaborate with engineers and web developers to create engaging digital experiences.
- Work with clients to understand their brand and translate it into impactful designs.
- Maintain and follow style guidelines to ensure consistency across campaigns.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma (must-have), plus experience with Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite .
- Strong understanding of color, typography, and layout principles .
- Experience working in marketing, agency, or platform companies (not solely client-side).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript for web-based design implementation.
- Ability to design for multiple industries, not just one niche.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating assets for personalized marketing campaigns like targeted ads, email marketing, and pop-ups.
- Understanding of user engagement strategies in digital marketing.
