Warehouse Lead Location Las Vegas, NV (Paradise area) :

We are seeking a Distribution Center Support Associate to join our team in a warehouse environment. Under general supervision, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations for our ship/receive crew and ensuring the smooth flow of inbound product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and communicate the daily workload for the ship/receive crew, coordinating with Logistics Coordinator I/E to manage air, ground, and sea shipments.
- Receive and accurately record all inbound product from various carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon, and others.
- Offload, break down, and properly receive all incoming shipments, ensuring paperwork accuracy before processing.
- Move products between warehouses as needed to support the pick/ship process and restock pick locations.
- Maintain the Reserved Location Spreadsheet and adjust assets to meet daily productivity needs.
- Monitor and enforce company safety policies, assisting with training and cross-training of personnel as needed.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including 100% compliance on completing and filing Bills of Lading, 99.5% accuracy on order picking, Receipt to Stock within 8 hours, and productivity targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned with regular and reliable attendance.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
- Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime as workload demands.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to quickly changing situations.
- Strong team player with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Previous experience in a distribution center preferred.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, standing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and handle paperwork.
- Sufficient vision acuity and verbal abilities to communicate effectively.
- Adequate hearing to communicate in person and by telephone.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
