Position: Warehouse Picker/Box Truck Deliver Driver

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage $18-22 per hour depending on experience.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a warehouse picker and 24-foot box truck delivery driver with experience is a must. This dual-role position is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders in the warehouse and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. The candidate needs to be organized, physically fit, customer focused, and standing for long periods of time.

Warehouse duties:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload products in a safe and orderly manner.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times.
• Report any damaged or missing inventory to the supervisor.

Delivery duties:

• Load delivery vehicle with customer orders.
• Deliver products to customer locations on time and in good condition
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures upon delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Inspect delivery vehicle daily and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience with warehouse scan guns.
• Previous experience driving a 24 foot box truck or bigger.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to stay and work late at times.
• Forklift experience is a must.
• Knowledge of the greater Phoenix area for deliveries.
