A Lead Technician is mainly responsible for performing the water mitigation for residential properties while providing excellent customer service. This labor-intensive, construction-related position has a rotating “on-call / emergency response” requirement.

• Water Mitigation: Performing water extraction, setting up and monitoring drying equipment, and conducting moisture readings to ensure successful drying processes.
• Customer Service: Regularly communicating with clients to update them on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring their complete satisfaction throughout the process.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and caring for company equipment, ensuring tools are in top condition and ready for deployment.
• Team Leadership: Providing guidance and training to junior technicians; ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
• Emergency Response: Participating in a rotating “on call” schedule, ready to address water emergencies swiftly and effectively.
