Position: Weekend Receptionist
Location: Jupiter, FL
As the first point of contact for members and guests, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the club's administrative needs. This is a part-time & seasonal position, working 9a-5p. This contract is set to end on May 12th, 2025.
What You'll Do:
Greet members and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Answer phone calls, inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
Provide information about the Club's amenities, events, and services.
Book and manage dining reservations and inform appropriate team members on the status of them.
Maintain accurate records of member and guest interactions.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and filing.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Ensure informational materials are up-to-date and readily available.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction
Who We're Looking For:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with members, guests, and team members.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with reservation or Jonas systems.
Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during peak golfing seasons.
Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with hospitality or club environments is a plus.
