If you have experience selling oak products or similar, this could be a great career opportunity! Territory will be Sonoma, Lake, Mendocino, Livermore, Santa Cruz Mountains, Paso Robles and Oregon. Candidate should be based in Northern California. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in California. Build and maintain strong relationships with wineries and other key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored barrel solutions. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively prospecting and closing new business opportunities. Attend trade shows and visit clients to strengthen relationships and showcase our exceptional products. Provide feedback to the cooperage on customer preferences, industry trends, and product performance to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, particularly within the wine and spirits industry and preferrable in oak products. Enology Degree or similar is desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. A passion for craftsmanship and an appreciation for the role barrels play in the wine and spirits production process.
