About the Role
Weâre looking for a reliable, detail-oriented developer to support both new WordPress builds and ongoing client work. This is a full-time contract role (35â40 hours/week).
Youâll work closely with our Creative Director (Vin), Lead Developer (Kristin), and a globally distributed team. This is a hands-on role that requires thoughtful problem solving, strong front-end execution, and the ability to communicate clearly across time zones and project stages.
Weâre looking for someone who writes clean, maintainable code, is comfortable building custom WordPress websites, working with ACF blocks and Tailwind, and genuinely enjoys collaborating with designers and strategists to bring sites to life.

What You Will Do
- Build custom WordPress sites using the Block Editor and ACF blocks
- Translate Figma designs into high-fidelity front-end builds (with a high level of accuracy: proper spacing, interactions, and responsive layouts)
- Run your own QA testing across browsers and devices, ensuring that any code behaves consistently in different environmentsÂ
- Support and improve existing WordPress sitesâadding new features, publishing content, fixing bugs, and improving performance
- Maintain strong communication throughout all phases of a project (especially around progress, questions, and potential blockers)

What Weâre Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building fully custom WordPress sites
- Strong working knowledge of ACF blocks, PHP, Tailwind, JavaScript, and Git
- Understanding of WordPress best practices and how content structure decisions impact performance
- Able to follow detailed designs and implement clean, accurate front-end code
- Proficiency in technical SEO best practices, including structured data, proper heading hierarchy, and page speed optimization
- Proactive communicator who doesnât go dark on deadlines
- Comfortable adapting to a team's established codebase and build approach
- Collaborative mindset

Logistics
- Location: Remote (ideally based in Latin America or the Philippines )
- Hours: Approximately 35â40 hours per week, with availability during core U.S. hours (8amâ5pm CT)
